Scope of Services:

Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client.

Payment Terms:

1. The Client shall pay a sign-up fee upfront.
2. If Company fails to provide minimum average referrals, sign-up will be refunded.
3. Broker/Agent consents to pay referral fee.
4. Signup fee is reimbursed after first closing.

Lead Delivery:

1. First lead within 2 weeks from signing.
2. Referrals based on plan.

Agreement Duration:

1. Client shall not cancel early.
2. Valid for 90/180/365 days.
